Do you deliver the goods?

Yes, we do deliver nationwide. Currently, we use Australia Post and other private courier services such as Sendle, Team Global Express for retail customers.

Is the shipping fee free? Or if I buy a lot, do I still need to pay for shipping fee?

We offer free shipping to some key cities and metro area in some states. For the regional and rural area, yes, there is a shipping fee, but at a flat rate.

If you are intending to purchase items that are light and small, but the flat rate fee is more than what you think you should be paying, pls contact us and we will help you find the cheapest shipping fee available.

How do I make payment?

You make the payment using our secure payment gateway. For customers who are collecting the goods from our store in Sydney, you can make the payment directly at the store by cash or card.

How long does it take to dispatch and when will I receive my order?

For retail customers, orders will be dispatched in 48 hours once we receive the payment. Usually, it is 1 to 2 days in transit for those immediate interstate key cities, however, depending on the location of your address and the availability of courier/freight service will vary in arriving to you.

Are all the products on the website available to order for shipping?

All dried groceries (except bulky items and items that states as store walk-in only) are available to order online. Fresh, frozen and weekly menu items will only be available to store walk-in only. However, depending on your location, some of the fresh frozen and weekly menu items can be shipped. Please call me on 0430777714 for more details.
