Please note that the price on the website may differ from the warehouse walk-in retail price for certain reasons such as stock clearance, marketing, supply-demand gap, etc. The promotions on this website is only eligible for website order only.

Shipping & Handling Times
We ship Australia-wide. Please allow 3-7 business days from our dispatch date for your item to reach your address. We dispatch items from Tuesday to Friday only as Courier services do not operate on weekends. Also, we don’t open on Monday. If the order is placed on Friday, please be aware that items might be shipped on the following Tuesday. If you require an urgent shipment, please contact us before you place the order.

Shipping & Handling Rates
Shipping & handling rates are a one-off charge. The Flat Rate of shipping and handling depends on location. This rate is based on the current Australia Post Express Post with a customized packaging option. And this rate may increase from time to time according to Australia Post.
The cost of shipping & handling items that are bulky (rice bags, mats, etc) or total ordered items heavier than 10 Kgs will be charged at a higher rate if necessary and we will contact you before processing your order to inform you of costs.
Shipping Address Options
Unfortunately, We are not able to send the order to PO Box, Parcel Locker. We can only ship to residential addresses and business addresses (Business Name is required).

We reserve the right to make changes and corrections anytime in prices, products, and ingredients without notice. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card. We will inform you as soon as possible of any change in price, or cancellation of orders.
International orders
We do not ship outside Australia. You may place an order from outside Australia to be sent to a person resident in Australia.

To deter credit card fraud when you confirm your order, your IP address will be logged. We dont request your other personal information such as Date of Birth,

In-store pickup
We can pack your order for personal collection. Payment will be taken in-store at the time you collect your items. Photo ID might be required when picking up items in store. Payments made by bank transfer will require you to provide us with a copy of the receipt or screenshot of the payment transaction for proof of purchase. Please note that there may be a surcharge on card payments for additional items purchased in-store. We do not accept cheque payments.
Secure Online Ordering
We use 128-bit encryption Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security technology. Our shopping cart checkout facility is not an automated checkout. All orders are subject to verification whether or not the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card. We will inform you as soon as possible of any changes in prices, or cancellation of orders.
Payment Options
There is no surcharge for MasterCard or Visa on payments made on websites. If you wish to pay by direct funds transfer, select this option when ordering online. Direct funds transfers may incur a fee. You are responsible for paying all fees incurred. Your order is processed once payment for the goods and any additional fees have been received. Please note that there may be a surcharge on card payments for additional items purchased in-store. We do not accept cheque payments.
Insurance
The cost of insurance is not included in our delivery charges. All order is tracked and must be signed for at the delivery address. If you wish to add insurance, please let us know in the note when your order is placed, we will contact you for additional charges for insurance. In case of damage or loss, claims must be reported to the freight company and Sann International Pty for assessment.
Confirmation of Identity
Whether you order by phone or online, we may contact you to confirm details or request proof of identity. All information will remain confidential. When you buy from our warehouse in person, you will be required to provide a photo ID when using a gift voucher. When you pick up items from our retail store where payment has been made by direct deposit, we will ask you to sight your photo ID.
Some agencies require both sighting and recording your Photo ID document number as proof of identity when collecting goods e.g. PayPal. This information is securely stored as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Please note when ordering online, IP addresses will be logged. If we determine that an order is an attempted fraud, your details will be reported to credit card authorities and the police.
Cupons and Discount

From time to time, we offer discount cupons with the sales order. Each Discount Vouchers are restricted to one time use by one customer only, unless otherwise stated. The Discount Vouchers have expiry dates. Discount Vouchers have no cash redemption value. You cannot use a Discount Voucher in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers, unless the specific terms relating to the Promotional Discount Codes state that you can combine the Promotional Discount code with other offers.
Privacy Policy

Any returns for a product due to customer dissatisfaction with a finish (that is not a fault) will need to comply with Golden Mandalay’s Returns Policy.
Refund and Return
Refund policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with the original packaging along with the original receipt and original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method after deducting 1.87% (Stripe Fee).
If a Product is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, you should contact us within 7 days at goldenmandalay.au@gmail.com to arrange your return or exchange.
You must comply with directions or instructions given by us in relation to returning the damaged, faulty or defective Products to us or the manufacturer.
Returned Products must be returned with proof of purchase.
If you have not received your delivery after 7 days, please contact us so we can trace and track it.
Incorrect Choice
At Golden Mandalay, we understand that an ‘incorrect choice’ might be made, particularly when buying a gift for someone else!
We are happy to look at individual customer situations and offer an exchange or refund (after deducting 1.87% of the Stripe Fee) for incorrectly ordered or purchased. The item must be in a saleable condition for an exchange or refund to occur e.g. in original unopened packaging and no signs of use or physical damage.
We will need you to return the item to our store. If you are unable to get to our store, please contact us on 0297387261 or send a message via the goldenmandalay.com.au/contact-us page to discuss return via registered post.
